Continued growth for audit and assurance division
Greenwich & Co Joint Managing Director, Nick Hollens said the appointments come as the firm experiences continued growth in its Audit and Assurance division.
“In order to meet a constantly changing regulatory framework we are always looking to strengthen our team, to meet these requirements and provide the best possible outcome for our clients.
Greenwich is in the unique position of being authorised to carry out audits of both Australian and UK companies, we are one of only five firms in Australia authorised by the Financial Reporting Council in the UK. Rafay, like myself holds the relevant qualifications to practice in both jurisdictions.” ~ Nick Hollens
Rafay and Nicole will assist the team in our recently launched corporate advisory firm – Elderton Capital.
Elderton Capital providing growing businesses with support
Australian companies are facing interesting times with great opportunities for SMEs and start-ups. We are seeing more and more of these entrepreneurial businesses, with exciting business prospects, all facing the same key challenges associated with growth – digital disruption, scalability, gaining access to capital. Given our global relationships, we have access to a number of alternative exchanges to the ASX.
We are currently assisting two Perth-based companies list on AIM and the Main Board in London. Regardless of Brexit, London is very much open for business with strong appetite for both Mining and Technology companies.
