Greenwich & Co are delighted to introduce Elderton Capital, an independent Australian corporate advisory firm. Elderton Capital is the next evolution of our offering at Greenwich & Co. Elderton is a fully integrated AFSL-compliant corporate advisory firm offering strategic guidance, advice and innovative solutions for growing businesses, with specific expertise in listings, takeovers and mergers & acquisitions.
Elderton’s philosophy is focused on the growth and success of our clients. We partner with entrepreneurial businesses and their owners, including listed companies and growing private businesses, helping them to decide on and execute their strategic direction. Whether it be growth or divestment, public listing or debt raising, we have the expertise and experience to make it happen.
The Elderton Capital team has a successful track record in stock exchange listings in Australia, Asia and Europe. To date we have assisted in raising millions of dollars for private businesses; as well as prospectus preparation, corporate structuring and corporate actions.
Elderton has had a great start, and has been engaged to prepare two independent expert reports in respect of a spin-off of a technology company, a valuation of a major resource company for an Indian bank, and we’re currently assisting several companies list on the ASX, and an overseas company list on the London board.
